Terms of Purchase for Digital Harmony Blueprint

1. PARTIES. In consideration of being permitted to access and use Digital Harmony Blueprint (the “Product”), and the value you will gain from it, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase. These Terms are entered into between you (“Client”) and Blueprint Collective (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). Together, you and the Company are the “Parties.”

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF PURCHASE. These Terms govern your purchase, access, and use of Digital Harmony Blueprint. By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. Digital Harmony Blueprint includes:

Step-by-step training modules

Screen-time detox frameworks

Printable tools and checklists

Parent implementation guides

Any bonuses listed on the sales page at checkout

Blueprint Collective may modify or update the Product materials at any time.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY. By accessing the Product, you acknowledge that results depend on your commitment and effort. Blueprint Collective does not guarantee outcomes. You are responsible for completing the work and applying the strategies provided.

5. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT. In exchange for access to Digital Harmony Blueprint, the Client agrees to either:

Pay the full price of $7 at checkout, or

Pay [X] monthly installments of $[amount], with the first installment due at registration.

All payments are non-refundable.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize Blueprint Collective to automatically charge your payment method for each installment. Payment plans cannot be canceled or paused. You remain responsible for the full payment amount even if you discontinue using the Product.

Failure to complete payment will result in immediate removal of access.

You confirm all payment details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Reselling or transferring access to the Product is strictly prohibited.

6. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTIONS (If Applicable). If Digital Harmony Blueprint includes a recurring subscription, you authorize automatic renewal and ongoing charges until you cancel according to subscription terms.

7. REFUND POLICY. Because Digital Harmony Blueprint provides immediate digital access, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.

If you cancel or discontinue use, you still remain responsible for completing all remaining payments under your plan.

8. LATE FEES. If a payment is not received within 14 days of the scheduled due date, a 1.5% late fee per day will be applied until payment is made.

9. CHARGEBACKS. You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Blueprint Collective to request resolution. If you initiate a chargeback:

You forfeit all Product access and materials.

Blueprint Collective may submit these Terms as proof to the financial institution.

You remain responsible for the full payment obligation.

10. BUSINESS HOURS.

Blueprint Collective operates Monday–Thursday, 10:00am–5:00pm EST.
Emails will be answered within one business day during these hours.
Messages received on weekends or holidays will be addressed the next business day. Company closures for holidays or team vacation days may affect response times.

11. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY. During your access to Digital Harmony Blueprint, you may receive proprietary or confidential materials including worksheets, internal frameworks, documents, and processes. You agree not to copy, share, distribute, or disclose these materials outside of your personal use. Unauthorized sharing is grounds for removal without refund.

12. FORCE MAJEURE. If performance of obligations (excluding payment) becomes impossible due to events beyond either Party’s control—such as natural disasters, strikes, acts of authority, or similar events—the affected Party is excused from performance for the duration of the event. Known events such as COVID-19 are not considered Force Majeure.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. All content within Digital Harmony Blueprint—including videos, PDFs, worksheets, branding, design, text, methods, and proprietary systems—is the intellectual property of Blueprint Collective.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works of any Product content.

14. LIMITED LICENSE. Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Access may be revoked for violation of these Terms.

15. NO REPRODUCTION. You may not share, republish, upload, screenshot, or otherwise distribute Product materials outside your own personal use.

16. PRIVACY. Your use of the Product is subject to Blueprint Collective’s Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you consent to the handling of your information according to that policy.

17. USER ACCOUNT. If you receive login details, you must keep them confidential. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in removal of access without refund.

18. USER CONTRIBUTIONS. If you voluntarily submit testimonials, comments, or media, you grant Blueprint Collective a commercial license to use them for marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.

19. TESTIMONIAL RELEASE. You agree that the Company may use your testimonial, in full or in part, across marketing materials, websites, and promotions. Use is at the Company’s discretion.

20. GENERAL DISCLAIMER. Digital Harmony Blueprint is an educational resource. Blueprint Collective does not guarantee results, outcomes, or income.

We are not medical, legal, or psychological professionals. Nothing in the Product should be treated as medical or therapeutic advice.

All information is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or performance.

21. WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER. The Product is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You use the Product at your own risk.

22.EARNINGS DISCLAIMER. Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only and not typical. Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and follow-through. No outcome is guaranteed.

23. TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER. We strive to provide reliable access. However, we are not responsible for outages, disruptions, or platform issues outside our control.

24. WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS. Parties represent and warrant to each other that each is free to enter into this Agreement and that this engagement does not violate the terms of any agreement between either Party and any third party. The Parties represent and warrant to each other that each is at least 18 years of age at the time of execution of the Agreement.

25. ASSIGNMENT. Neither Party may transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent from the other Party.

26. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By purchasing Digital Harmony Blueprint, you accept all risks associated with applying the materials.

27. INDEMNITY AND RELEASE. You agree to hold Blueprint Collective harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Product.

28.LIMITATION ON LIABILITY. To the fullest extent allowed, Blueprint Collective is not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses associated with your use of the Product.

29.WAIVER. Failure by the Company to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

30. LIMITATION ON TIME TO FILE CLAIMS. Any claim relating to these Terms must be filed within one year or it is permanently barred.

31. SEVERABILITY. If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.

32. NOTICES. Notices to the Company must be in writing and sent to:

33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your purchase of Digital Harmony Blueprint and replace all previous agreements or understandings.

34. GOVERNING LAW. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

35. MEDIATION. If a dispute arises, the Parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Las Vegas, Nevada or via Zoom within 30 days.

36. JURISDICTION AND VENUE. If mediation fails, disputes must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of USA, Nevada.
